We want you to be comfortable ordering CardioX from The Everly Nutrition LLC. This Refund Policy explains your right to return an order and how to request a refund.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

In line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication about exercising this right before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging, in the condition you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used food supplements may not be eligible for return, except where required by law or in the case of a defective product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued using the original method of payment, or by another agreed method where pay-on-delivery was used, within 14 days of us being informed of your decision to withdraw.
